Ellen's Enliven Massage

About the therapist

Preventive care = the best care!

 Touch = Healing

With the professional experience of a decade in mental health care and years of therapeutic massage training & retreats, it is my experience and belief that professional bodywork is a proven and powerful method of healing. It has been researched over and over again that massage is essential to the health and well-being of our emotional, physical, and mental development. In this industrialized world, it's often the stress factor that causes illness. Massage therapy is known to give your immune system a boost.

My work

A good massage does not need any explanation. So I respectfully refer to my testimonials/reviews.

Although I am specialized in therapeutic work, I do not bill for insurance. I can treat MVA, whiplash, neck injuries, tendonitis, and work-related injuries.

Mission statement

My fundamental reason for providing massage is my passion for helping clients (re-)connect to their body in a very concrete manner, creating a healthy physical state of being from where their emotional and mental being can thrive. My personal goal is to make a constructive difference in the well-being of others.

My intent is to offer massage that is effective, yet respectful of the client's personal boundaries so that the experience is relaxing and energizing at the same time.
